1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Each AI book cover generation consumes 2 credits as displayed on pricing pages.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.
  • New users receive 4 free credits (2 book covers) upon registration.

3. Content and License

  • You retain full ownership and commercial rights to book covers generated for you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your book information (title, author, genre, description) for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Generated book covers can be used for commercial publishing on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other platforms without attribution.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No NSFW, adult, sexual, nude, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit content in prompts, source materials, uploaded images, or generated book covers.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
  • No generation of covers for books with illegal or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by AI Book Cover Generator are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes. Generated book covers are AI-created and may require human review before publication.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Book Cover Generator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
